AccountX makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide all its clients with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. Accessible Customer Service
Employee training for accessible service – training is conducted to familiarize employees with the field of accessibility, raise awareness among staff, and provide practical tools for offering accessible service.
Accessible phone center – the voice response system has been made accessible, ensuring that information is conveyed clearly and without background music.
